One year ago, we bought our house from a very nice lady. The previous owner took great care of the house and lawn. We were very happy when we purchased our home and we still are. As we went through the closing of the house the previous owner was very involved in the inspection and other closing procedures. One quirky request she made was that we feed the squirrels. In fact, she left us a 50 lb bag of peanuts to feed them. Well we kindly smiled at her request and thought are you crazy for feeding the squirrels. Needless to say, we aren't feeding them, but apparantly they have not forgotten about the peanuts and even a year later they are still looking for food. We found this squirrel climbing on the screen. Can you believe that?

I can't believe you aren't fedding them. ;) haha. Kidding. I would be so scared if he was climbing on my screen like that. He's going to try to break in!

Squirrels are interesting creatures. At our previous house (in Valrico), there was a squirrel that used to "play" with Sydney. She would run around the tree and play "Peek-a-boo" with it, and the squirrel actually followed her to a different tree on the other side of the yard. It was really kind of neat. She enjoyed it... =)
Daniel can shoot them if you'd like, just don't tell the squirrel lady.
Actually reminds me of the lady who fought to protect the gators on Anna Maria and one killed her when she fell asleep on her dock. After that, the authorities went through and destroyed all the big ones.
