After our wedding in July 2006, I moved to Florida and so my mom put the top layer of our wedding cake in her freezer. Traditionally, you are to eat the cake on your one-year anniversary. Well, this was the first time both Scott and I were in Michigan since our one-year anniversary so we shared our cake with Mom, Mark, and Beth. The cake tasted very good.
